Boot error /proc/boot/shmem

When booting my image from a 1.44 Mb floppy I get the error “unable to load
boot process '/proc/boot/shmem” when I have:

PATH=/proc/boot:/dev/shmem
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/proc/boot:/lib:/usr/lib:/:
/dev/shmem procnto

in my bootstrap and :

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/proc/boot:
/lib:/usr/lib:/:/dev/shmem

in my startup script.

i hope some can give me some tips.

Last time I looked you couldn’t escape returns with \ so in this case it would
have attempted to do something with /dev/shmem (with procnto as an argument to it).
