how to use the mono output of an AC97 codec?

hi,

I would like to use the mono output of my AC97 codec (Sigmatel 9721) with
QNX 6.2. I couldn’t find any information about this in the QNX audio
documentation. The mixer group interface doesn’t have an entry for the mono
output and the mixer element interface is not documentated at all.
Under Linux and Windows the mono output works without problems.

Could anybody give me a hint, where to look?

This capability has been added to the drivers internally,
but you’ll have to check with your Sales Rep for when it
will release or how you can get it sooner.
