We are running QNX6.1 and are using a flash file system via the devf-8260ads
driver.
For IDE (and others) there is the chkfsys util to check for a corrupted file
system. Is there a similar util also
for flash file systems?

AFAIK it’s built-in the driver. Last time I check each time driver
start it does a sanity check (that may have change since)

Take a look at the -r option for the driver.
