QNX 6.3 Install problem

Hello, when I install QNX 6.3 and reboot I get the following message:
Spawn of /bin/sh failed : No such file od directory
The install process didn’t report any errors… what could be the problem?

Could be a license issue?

I don’t know, I got the temp. licence from QNX.com. Should be ok I guess.

I get this message too, when install QNX on HDD 850mb, but I have the message “invalid license” before message “can’t execute /bin/sh”. I have normal license, and when I reinstall QNX on HDD 10Gb, the problem is gone. My hardware in both cases was equivalent. I don’t know what it is means.
