When printing a screenshot made of a Photon window, the titlebar is not very
well visible, since the text is white on black and the font is very thin. Is
there a way to change window titlebar colors and/or fonts?

You can change these things by going to “Launch->Configure->Appearance” then select the Window tab and change the Scheme.
