I have upgraded my other pc to 6.1 from 6.0. I found that the sound works
well with video and audio playing, but when I visit flash sites with sound,
the sound gets distorted and choppy. I did not have this problem when I was
using 6.0.
The pc has a built in sound card QNX detects it and uses the sb driver. Is
there any way to solve this problem? Is it a bug of the driver? Is it
possible to fix with out replacing the sound card?
I spoke to the developer responsible for this area and he explained that
the rtp version of flash4 has problems displaying flash movies + sounds
under a screen depth of 8 bits. Try to change your display resolution to
a depth of 16,24 or 32 bits.
