PC/104 Video Card?

I’m looking for a PC/104 video (CRT) card supported by Photon. The majority
of the ones I’ve seen use the C&T 65545 chipset, which is not supported.
Anyone have a suggestion for a board that is supported? I’d prefer higher
end rather than lower end performance, since the board will be used for
development but not for the product.

Thanks,
Marty

Yes, that’s where I started before the first inquiry. I’m asking for a
recommendation for a card. I haven’t yet seen one that has a chipset that’s
on the list, but I’m sure there must be someone out there using a PC/104
video card.

OK, here’s what I found:
Adastra Systems VGA-104Plus w/ 65555 chipset
VersaLogic EPM-SVGA-2 w/ 65550 chipset
WinSystems PPM-FPVGA w/ 69000 or 69030 chipset

All are PC/104-Plus cards, which should be OK for my application. I’m not
sure if these cards work with non-Plus CPU cards. If not, I guess that means
you can’t have Photon support (other than generic VGA) with a non-Plus
PC/104 CPU card.

The WinSystems datasheet refers to Asiliant as the vendor of the 690x0. They
are evidently the current supplier of the C&T chips. Perhaps the supported
hardware list should be updated to reflect that.
