Is Phinx part of QNX-RTP?

I’ve seen reference of a software program called Phinx that can be used to
send photon display to an Xserver. I’m wondering if this is part of the
QNX-RTP
software.

The QNX website doesn’t talk about this application much. Maybe it
no-longer
exists, or maybe there is another program that provides this functionality.
Or,
maybe it only works with QNX4.

Can anyone provide any insight into this?
