when I type ./phfontFF -d /phembed/font_repository,there is an error message
"phfontFF fonttype error- unable open fonttype file ".
what is fonttype file?
Inside of your font_respository directory do you have the configuration
files stored there as well as the font files.
On your developement system if you do an “ls -al font*” on the
/usr/photon/font_respository you will see that there is a group of
configuration files that are needed. For example there could be the
following in that directory ( fonttypes, fontdir, fontdesc, fontdynamic,
fontext, fontkey, fontmap, fontopt, fontorient, and fontpreferred.
Please check to see if they are included in your embedded directory,
depending on which fonts your using you may not need all of them. The error
message you have gotten should be because it can’t font the fonttype file.

an error message"mode_init:Bad file descripter" .Why is the error message
shown?Where is my error?

Hi ,
I have checked with one of the developers and can you check the following
and the message means that the driver (devg-rage.so) failed to initialize.
Check that your are running io-graphics as root.
Check that the “-d” arguments (PCI vendor & device ID) match the numbers
reported by “pci”.
Is there any other information from “sloginfo”?
