Hi,
you will not be able to just bring the libs over and try to compile
your code from Windows. If you need an ide, there is the PhAB which allows
you to develop your GUIs. You will need to install the development package
from the repository.
There have been plans to have Metrowerks CodeWarrior IDE for
Neutrino that runs on a Windows system. However, that plan has been frozen
for the time being. If you need to find out more, try the QNX website.
The release you have downloaded is for non-commercial use only. If
you are planning to do any serious commercial development, you will have to
but the tools and also a runtime for each product you ship.
Regards,
Jason

Hi,
I’ve downloaded the non-commercial RTP public beta release and installed
no
problem. I took a few minutes to look around and things look pretty great
but I miss an IDE. Can I download the Windows GNU compiler binaries, bring
the NTO libraries and headers across to the Windows platform and do
development on a Windows based machine? Or is there specific mods to the
GNU
stuff that QSSL have but are yet to be re-integrated into the stock GNU?
What about license issues? Are there any? Am I free to bring all libs and
headers across to the Windows machine?
