how do I underline text in Phab on menubuttons?
Inside menus it’s enought if you write a &
in front of the letter.

The same way. For example, if you specify the Item Text as &File, the
F should be underlined.

Set the Accelerator Key (Pt_ARG_ACCEL_KEY) resource to the letter
to be underlined.
