I can not find the /usr/src (x86/usr/src) on my system. I do
have x86/usr and some other directories under this, but no src (where
files such as IPL src and startup src should be located).
I need to have a look at those sources, so where could I find them… ??

Talk to your sales contact. I believe the src is shipped seperately now.
