Hi,
I have worked a lot with MATLAB/Simulink and similar tools for
simulation of embedded systems. The last couple of years it has been
increasingly popular to use automatic code generation from simulation
tools to a target application. My experience is that it is a very
efficient way to prototype. There are support for some operating systems
and standards running on the target, like VxWorks OSEK…, but I haven’t
been able to find QNX there.
Is there an integration for QNX?
If not, would it be a good idea to create a QNX integration for
MATLAB/Simulink?

Opal-rt (www.opal-rt.coom) has some stuff for QNX4. I don’t know
were they are at with QNX6.

We have long experience with automatic code generation for
QNX4/6 from MatrixX/System Build which is similar to Matlab/Simulink,
and integrate the code with hardware drivers.
We have also have long Matlab experience, so porting the tools to
Matlab/Simulink wouldn’t be so hard. We’d be happy to offer
or services.
