Several helpviewer pages show that functions require
#include <sys/neutrino.h>
however some also use in their examples ND_LOCAL_NODE but this is only
defined in <sys/netmgr.h>
Either, the helpviewer pages should also mention including <sys/netmgr.h>
or <sys/neutrino.h> should include <sys/netmgr.h>
