fs-cifs is the client side, samba is the server. I believe Mario
downloaded and compiled samba on his own.

Hello Alain,

I download the 2.0.7 source from the Samba site, updated the config files
made a small
change ( don’t remember where) and that was it.

Note that you need to run the full TCP/IP stack.

If you want I can send you the package (too big for email though),

D sol , je ne peux pas r pondre directement pour le moment, je ne dispose pas de serveur smtp, nous utilisons Lotus.

Concernant samba, ce n’est pas tr s urgent, si vous n’avez pas r ussi la mettre disposition sur qnxstart lorsque j’en aurais r ellement besion, je vous contacterais directement.

just one thing - if you havn’t remove a source with your particular changes,
you ought to feed it to “diff”

No, the change was in the config.h file created by the configure script.
It was not in the code itself. It’s all explain the readme file.

I’m sorry for the big package, I left all sources and .o files there,
but that made for a simpler packaging for me.
