NEUTRINO 2.11 patch A: no way to find out macro TCP_NODELAY (option for
setsockopt() and getsockopt()), which should be defined in socket.h. File
version is 1.26. Where can I find it ?

TCP_NODELAY is in netinet/tcp.h
