It is in russian so you’d need to install a russian font but don’t hurry, page will be completely filled with black color (not that they write anything worth reading anyway 
If you move another window over Vogayer, you can see text being drawn due to EXPOSE events and then filled black again as you move.
If you scroll page down you can see part of page (the father you scroll, the bigger part of page becomes unfilled).

and try clicking on any of the

accessing indexed links on same page.
