I’ve installed Samba a couple of times now and each time the installation
has run smoothly with no visible errors. However whenever I try to run any
of the executables I get the message:
/bin/sh: smbclient: not found
I can list the files and see it there. It’s attributes are set to executable
too. In the file manager it reports it as an executable. But none of them
will run. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
Only one thing could be wrong - your PATH environment var. Either use full
path to start programs, or make sure directory where they are installed is
in the PATH.
