Hi there. I wonder if anyone noticed this strange phplay behavior - it terminates if a user tries to play a mpeg video file. I’ve tried doing this on different machines and it appears that the plugin dislikes non-MMX processors, while on MMX-enabled ones it works just fine
(regardless of the video card). I have a dual PPro system with Voodoo III (bought this one specially to please QNX) that still doesn’t play mpegs. (It does play RealVids however). That’s a pity and I wonder if the developers are aware of the situation because that needs to
be fixed obvivously. PS sound card works just fine, as everything else. The problem lies within plugin. Also, maybe a knowledge base should be updated.
