Helpviewer sometimes fails to open some TOC hierarchies beyond
level 2. This is related to the information in the files in
~/.ph/phelp. I have created a simple example of some help
documentation along with a complete ~/.ph/phelp directory that
fails to expand the TOC in the contents sidebar. You can
download the example at:
http://developers.cogentrts.com/helpviewer_bug.tgz
To show the behaviour, replace your ~/.ph/phelp directory with
the one in the archive, and run helpviewer with
helpviewer -t testdoc.toc
On my machine I cannot expand the TOC beyond level 2.
