Usenet client/Midnight Commander questions

Hi all,

1st) Can I use Photon Emailer to read Usenet (newsgroups, NNTP or
whatever)? Is there any more appropriate (GUI and/or console) program?
(and where can I get it)

2nd) I’ve heard a lot about Midnight Commander. What is it? It
sounds to me like a game or some kind of advanced crontab =D

Thanks in advance.

PhEmail is quite simple at the moment. You can use VMail (voyager mail)
which is graphical or use tin (under console).
Both avaible on the cdrom iso or on the qnx www repository.

Midnight commander is a clone of the old Norton Commander for dos.
It’s a console file manager with some neat functions.
You can use mishell commander (another commander clone) which is free
but restricted or use directly the qnx port of GNU Midnight Commander
avaible at www.qnxstart.com
Mishell commander is avaible on the cd or qnx repository.

Thanks in advance.
