"user only read" in QNX 4.24

Hello, I am newbie in QNX.

How can I create user in QNX 4.24 with “only read” access?.

I want to create a user that it can access to directories and files from login (by means IP of the computer /external acces) , but it can only read the files and directorys, but it is not able to alter/modify or copy (get) any files of the computer.

There is no such thing as read-only account. If you system has world writable directories (such as /tmp), any user with a login can write to it.
