bash2.04

It seems that the bash’s input line is limited to 80 characters even if
the pterm is larger. After that, input continue on the next line.
Outputs are ok. sh works fine.

Do you know why?

Sounds like the build of bash you have is broken. I have the most recent
version, 2.05b, in my repository.
