For that information you’ll need to contact a sales rep. There are run-time
licensing costs and developer seat costs. You can also pay for support and
custom engineering. I don’t know what any of these things cost but if you
go to http://www.qnx.com/products/purchasing.html, you can get contact
information for your region.
