I am using a touchscreen and it is difficult to double click things. The
timing is rather difficult to attain easily so I was wondering how one would
go about altering the speed at which double clicks must be performed.

This is an example of how to change the speed of Double clicking for QNX RTP
but this example should also work for QNX4. This particular example makes the
speed such that double clicking appears to be disabled. You can create the
opposite effect by increasing the time for the click_msec.
