Hi.
A long time ago, back in the days of QUICS, I posted several times about
problems with printing. I was assured that these problems would be fixed in
the next beta/release. I’m now running the latest version of Photon 1.14
and these problems are still there.
The main problem:
I have a window with a large PtRaw widget and several other widgets around.
When I print this window one of the widgets will get drawn inside the PtRaw
widget.
Other problems:
- BMP file size is very large.
- Printing quality need to be improved.
- No support for other formats other than the bit map. I would expect at
least support for one of the following (TIFF, GIF or JPEG).
What should I do to get these fixed/improved?
Please help!

You can decrease the BMP file size by Scale->Displayed factor ~ 0.2…0.5
setup BMP printer.
