phrelay as daemon

Is there anyway to start phrelay as a daemon? Basically I want to provide
remote displays services but no other IP based services. I could comment out
everything in inetd.conf and /etc/services but I was wondering if there is a
better way?

After a quick read I guess I can start inetd with a file other than
/etc/inetd.conf. That should work fine.
