Hello,
On our board, which uses MPC5200 processor running
on QNX, we have two 32 MB flashes connected in
Muxed mode. In 2 boards out of the total 10, i see
this error when i run Flashctl command. The error
is "Intel_read_status: 33 program protect error DCMD_F3S_ERASE failed
(errno 30)
flashctl: erase failed ". What should i do to
resolve this? Can something be done in hardware or
is it related to s/w? I had replaced flash chip on
this board and since it is a BGA i donnot want to
do it again. Let me know your opinion.
