Sorry … my English is not the best…

Here my Problem.

I want to install QNX4.25 on a FlashDrive from SiliconTech. This Drive
is to access as a Harddisk (German: Verhält sich wie eine Festplatte),
but when i restart the System, the Bootloader hangs up… Message:
Load QNX … ???..

What whrong ?

Who can help me.

I’m not familiar with SiliconTech, but I have used M-Systems’ DiskOnChip… Here are some issues I had with DiskOnChip:

  • I had to use special utilities provided by M-Systems to format the DiskOnChip.

  • I needed to get a new version of the BIOS for my CPU board so the board would treat the DiskOnChip as a bootable C: drive.

  • I needed to use a special driver (Fsys.diskonchip). I had to put the driver in my boot file. Also, I needed to mount the DiskOnChip in the boot file.
