Network Driver - Internals!!

I want to know whether there is any PRACTICAL courses available which
teaches about the internals of device drivers, like DMA operations,
interrupts, timings and all whatever needed. I want to learn the internals.
Can anyone tell me where can i find’em… Even if it costs, plz lemme know
