The Guess-O-matic algorithm isn’t working for a LXT970 PHY hardwired to
10Mbps connected to a 10/100 switch. (This is on a mpc860T PPC fec/mii
channel).
It bounces up and down trying to go to 100Mbits which we don’t want to
happen.
Are there any better ingredients for this sausage?
