PCNet-Based NICs

I am currently on the look out for a freely available NIC that is
supported by the PCNet driver in the DDK. Some detective work has unearthed
a number of candidate NICs but I cannot source them (AT2450, AMD 79C97x,
DE-520, NE5500 to name but a few).
Failing that, is there any source code for drivers of cards based on any
other chipset. I understand that 3com and Intel are off limits due to IP (as
in Intellectual Property) issues but surely there must be complete source
code to another driver. Presumably, all of the devn-xxx.so source code is
available within the QNX organisation, why hasn’t any of the other source
made its way into the public domain?

It is coming (the source to other drivers).
