Does QNX RTOS v6.1.0 support either of the following 3Com network cards?
3C905-T4 Fast Etherlink XL 10/100
3C900-TPO Fast Etherlink PCI TPO NIC
I have tried and tried … and tried and I haven’t been able to establish a
network connection.
Hi Chris,
This should probably be posted in qdn.public.qnxrtp.installation. It
doesn’t look like these cards are supported
(http://qdn.qnx.com/support/hardware/platform/network.html) but could you
post the output of “pci -vvv” anyway.
Cheers,
Simon

I’ve certainly had a 3C905B and 3C905C working at 10 & 100 Mbit,
although I seem to recall that there was an issue with the driver and
that 3com changed the actual chip on the card.
I don’t have access to that stuff anymore but QNX certainly helped me to
get the cards working.
