IPL and BIOS extension

I just got the Embedding tools kit.

There is one obvious step I’m obviously missing.

What is the required procedure to store the BIOS Extension in the image.

This use to be done with mkrom under QNX4. I read through the manual but
can’t find the proper steps.

mkrom has been ported from QNX4. Go to:

http://developers.qnx.com/NewStuff/Software/

mkrom and mkrom.readme are there.
