I have got trouble to install a new os image on a sbc-gxm board (arcom
controls). I have qnx 6.0, i have created a very small application with phab
that compiles and runs properly. In my buildfile i included my exec + the
libraries needed (libc.so.1, libc.so.2, libph.so.2,
libAp.so.2,libphexlib.so.2 = libc.so which is linked to ldqnx.so.1)). mkifs
works properly, and i can burn the os image in the flash but when i reboot
from the flash, when i can read the line " booting from flash" then the bios
restarts (does it every time). i tried to get rid of libraries to see if it
changed something and it seems that whenever libc.so.2 and libph.so.2 are
not included, i can boot from the flash (but then i can not run my
application from pterm as libph.so.2 (at least) is missing.
(excuse me for my english but i am french and i don’t know much about qnx,
if you know of any book or other documentation concerning qnx rtp/embedded,
please let me know!)

I don’t have a good answer to your question. I have done some work with
Arcom and we gave up because of their unwillingness to update to the latest
6.1a version of RTP.
On a side note, however. Don’t be afraid to ask your questions in French if
your more comfortable with that. There are many people here who speak
French who can possible either answer you or correctly translate your
question. I’m only a novice at French but I like reading it to stay up to
date on it.
