802.11a/b hardware

I am looking for 802.11a/b hardware that has existing drivers for QNX.
Hardware with power saving features would be my first preference.

As far as I know there is no 802.11a but there is support for
802.11b: Orinoco based card are support.

Colin,

I’ve written my own 802.11b driver that works with the Prism II chipset.
So far I’ve tested this with Belkin 802.11b and Sitecom 802.11b cards.

We’ve got the driver working in Adhoc mode and are currently developing
the AP code for it. Power saving could be added later.

We are also working on 802.11a but the main problem is that there is not
a “standard” chipset yet.

Although this driver is for our own internal purposes. I’m sure that we
could offer it outside of our organisation.

If you are interested then let me know.
