Hello
Could you tell me the minimal hardware resource to run QNX 6.1 on embedded
X86 board ?
I have no hardware keyboard interface, no RTC and no arithmetical processor
?
thanks !

Depends how minimal you want to get. Without Photon, 1Meg of flash
and 2Meg of ram should do.
I have no hardware keyboard interface, no RTC and no arithmetical
processor
That’s no problem.
?
thanks !
I am working on an embedded system based around an NS Geode processor. The
only UI is via a touch screen connected to a serial port. There is no
keyboard chip and no RTC chip and the Geode does not have a math processor.
The ‘hard disk’ is compact flash and the primary outside world interface is
via the Ethernet.
It works fine under QNX4 & QNX6.
When QSSL say QNX is scaleable they mean small as well as big:)

board?
I’m interested in similar hardware.
