I just installed 6.0 on a NetVista personal computer 6792-MHU and the mouse
is not working. When photon starts, the pointer is drawn in the middle and
won’t move. It does not seem to react to any mouse clicks. I do not know
if it is related, but the photon screen looks like it in some 16 color low
res mode. I can live with the poor resolution, but need the mouse to
work… Thanks for any help!

What type of mouse is it? serial/PS/2?
Have you tried the devi-hirun offered on developers.qnx.com?

Sorry, should have said it is a PS/2 mouse. What is devi-hirun? will go

I went to developers.qnx.com and almost all the links are coming up page not
found. do i need to log on or something? i did a search for devi-hirun,
but all the found docs came back page not found…

Is this file a general fix or one just for the NetVista? I’m also having
problems with my ps2 mouse and inputtrap and devi-hirun do not seem to
work as the doco describes. I’ve tried switching off USB legacy support
(suggested by the qnx knowledge base) and that makes no difference.
Fortunately I still have my old ms mouse that I bought in 1989 but it is
showing it’s age.
