Support for ARM PXA255 processor

I would like to know if the PXA255 is supported (PXA250 is) by QNX and for
the PXA250TMDP Development Platform …

It is. The PXA255 is essentially a new stepping of the PXA250,
with some minor changes to some of the peripheral blocks.

I don’t know about the PXA250TDMP though.

To date we have not dealt with PXA255 on the PXA250TMDP simply due
to issues surrounding the availability of boards populated with the part.

I am not current on the status of plans to provide PXA255 populated boards,
but as of a couple of months or so ago, they were shipping exclusively
with PXA250.
