which directory can I find source code for all the demos ?

In the photon program guide(in helpviewer), the words would be read:

'we provide complete source code for all the demos and games built with PhAB. You can load any of them into PhAB and review them for ideas within your own applications. The Video Poker application is a good example that uses most of PhAB’s features. ’

But where could I find the source code for demos and game?

Interesting. You could check cvs.qnx.com, I belive that is where many of the original photon apps got placed. I will also be shortly opening up the source to killerIRC (sf.net/projects/killerirc).
