On Ms Window we can use a lot of Api to do so.

Have a look at PxConfigOpen() and all the other PxConfigXXXX() functions in
the Photon library reference.
These are designed to work with Photon apps, I’m not sure how hard it is to
make them work in a console (non-Photon) application, it may just be a
matter of linking with the phexlib library (-l phexlib)
