default route of pppd

I’m using QNX V6.2.1b.
Even though I launch pppd with defaultroute optionn, it doesn’t add default
route of ppp in case of using FULL tcp/ip.
But, it works on tiny tcp/ip.
Is there any special reason ? and How can I fix it ?

If you already have a default route before pppd is running, then ppp will
not add one.
