Where do I find the phabbind command line options? I am trying to bind a
resource to an executable, but phabbind tries to change to read the resource
file from the …\wgt directory, is there any way to circumvent that
behavior and change the search path?

Phabbind is a script that calls bindres, which is an executable. If you call
bindres directly you can pass the exact paths to the wgt files.
