Debugger causes javaw.exe to consume CPU

We’re running QNX 6.3 and Momentix IDE 2.2.0 on a Windows 2000 system with
500MB RAM. When we run the debugger, we frequently experience system crawl
when the
javaw.exe process consumes 85% or more of the cpu. Oddly, it doesn’t happen
all of the time. Has anyone else encountered this and, if so, what can be
done to remedy this symptom?
Thanks!

Hi Gary…

I have the same problem, and it is really annoying too. Have not found
an answer for this problem any where in the NG.

An interesting similar problem arises when I use Phindows. I have a
machine running Photon, and a remote machine with Phindows. I
experience the same problem. When I go to the native machine, all seems
well.

With hope, the next release of QNX will address this and other such
issues. We’ll see.

Regards…

Miguel.
