Hello,
We are having problems with one off our QNX 4.25E installations. The
keyboard seems to fail to work after several hours. Unplugging it - them
plugging it back in again seems to fix the problem.
The OS was installed remotely on a different machine. What could be causing
this?

Sounds like flakey hardware to me. Does this happen only on the one system? Are you
running Photon or just in text mode?

It happens on one system only–but that system is unique on our site.
The problem occurs in Photon (I don’t know about the console).

If this just started to happen recently I’d start to change hardware,
keyboard first, then motherboard. If this is something that started
from day 1, then it still may be hardware, but it might warrent
further investigation.
