Controling amount of the rlogin sessions

What is a maximum quantity of the allowed rlogin sessions?
Is there any limitation for it?
Is it possible to control and change this value?

I port xinetd deamon to QNX4 soo you can restrict any inetd service with
xinetd.

Not directly. Each rlogin will require a pseudo-tty, and
will be indirectly limitted by the number of pseudo-ttys available.

Is it possible to control and change this value?

Again, not directly, except through the side-limitation of ptys.

Command line arguments to Dev.pty, the driver that supplies them,
and command line arguments to Dev, the master driver for terminal
type devices.
