downloading binary BSP

I just attempted to download the bigsur/amanda Binary BSP and it asked me
for serial number and password. I entered the serial number/pw for my
6.2.1 SE seat and it said it was invalid. any ideas on what else might be
required or how to find out what is wrong?

In 6.2.1, most BSP binaries are an entitlement only for the Professional
Edition of the product (there are a limited number of reference BSPs
included in 6.2.1 SE but this is not one of them). The number of BSPs you
got access to was one of the differentiating factors between 6.2.1 SE and
PE. This BSP is available for purchase, p/n 200010; contact sales for more
info.
