It appears that I would have to get the Extended Networking TDK if I wanted
to run SNMP under Neutrino. What is not clear is whether the runtime would
have to include the Extended Networking Technology module; I would think it
wouldn’t be necessary, but I can’t tell from the web documentation. Any help
would be appreciated.

Be aware that there are other options. We have ported SNMP++ and Agent++
with a minimum of fuss. They are not free but are a lot cheaper than a TDK.
