I was under the impression that asyncmsg_* operations worked across
multiple processors. I am currently trying to get this to work over
Rapid I/O…with little success!
Is this the case?

Somebody posted earlier that the asyncmsg* things don’t work accross
a network. They should work between processors in an SMP system,
but using Rapid I/O for (equivalent to) networking, I’d expect
not.
