automap problem ?

I have added second network card to computer with #automap -N & instead
netmap -f and nameloc (because of two IP addresses within older TCPIP
which does not support aliases). Now I can access other nodes via QNX
LAN, but frequently the access gets stuck for few of seconds. It works
fine with traditional managing of qnx nodes. I have tried also #automap
-N -l2 & but no improvement has appeared. Any advice appreciated.

It was caused by another node which had already second LAN card. Thus
automap perhaps tried handshaking between the two second interfaces
which had not been interconnected. May be, -l2 on both sides would solve
it, but as that interface had been not used, I simply removed it. And
works fine. Anyway a strategy of prevention would be fine.
